Policymakers across the globe have used a range of channels to provide citizens with news updates, explain new rules and guidelines, and encourage compliance in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Intended to complement existing policy trackers (e.g. IGC, BSG) by focusing on how governments have communicated their policies, the Mind & Behaviour Group’s message tracker collates government messages to its citizens from across the globe and highlights the behavioural methods deployed in these communications to help curb the spread of COVID-19.

If you’d like to add to this list, please complete this short survey or email mbrg@bsg.ox.ac.uk. The database will be updated with entries and an acknowledgement provided for each contribution.

For more on evidence-based guidance on how to design effective reminders, see our policy brief here.
